You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Malaysia to use CapitureX. By registering, you confirm your eligibility and agree to be contacted by licensed education providers.
3. Use of Services
CapitureX provides only information and connection services. We do not give financial advice, manage investments, or execute transactions. All educational services come from third-party providers licensed in Malaysia.
4. User Obligations
You promise to give accurate information and use the Platform lawfully. You are responsible for keeping safe any login details given by education providers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on CapitureX belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
CapitureX is not responsible for losses from third-party services, market changes, or learning outcomes. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties.
7. Third-Party Services
Your interactions with education providers are governed by their own terms. We do not endorse or take responsibility for their content, accuracy or practices.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end your access at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by Malaysian courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If you keep using the Platform after changes, you accept the new Terms.
