4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and use the Platform lawfully. You are responsible for keeping login credentials provided by education partners confidential.

All content on CapitureX is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
CapitureX is not liable for losses arising from third-party services, market changes, or educational results. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties.
